Purchase Of Products

Orders can be accepted for delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and UK Mainland addresses only. Due to our policy, we are only able to ship Gardencare and Huntsman branded products to the UK mainland. Any purchase of other branded goods such as Mountfield, Kaaz, Toro etc will be refunded and the order cancelled.

Free Delivery Options

Orders over £100/€116 will be delivered free of charge to one address. For total orders under this amount there will be a delivery charge. This will be included in your total order price, when placing your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply Mountfield and ATCO machinery & equipment to the Mainland UK or it’s associated islands. Any orders placed from these locations will be cancelled and refunded accordingly.

Direct Delivery (Product Will Be Shipped Directly To Address In The Box)

Delivery on lawnmowers and small handheld products will be made within 48 hrs of purchase directly to the delivery address unless specified otherwise. There maybe a minimal amount of assembly required. All ride-on lawnmowers are excluded from 48 hour delivery; these products will be delivered within 7 days built and ready to use by your local Gardencare Network Dealer.

We will endeavour to deliver your order within the 48 hours however, please allow up to three working days as this service is not guaranteed.  Delivery will be between 9am and 6pm, no time specifications can be applied.

All orders for direct delivery received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same working day. Orders placed on Friday will be despatched but not delivered until the following Tuesday.

Ready To Go Delivery (Delivered To Door By Local Retailer)

Delivery on lawnmowers and small handheld products will be made within 14 days of purchase to the delivery address unless specified otherwise. The product will be assembled and ready to use. Brief information on operation of the product will also be given. Ride-on lawnmowers are excluded from 48 hour delivery; these products will be delivered within 14 days built and ready to use by your local Gardencare Network Dealer.

We do not offer Saturday or Sunday despatch or delivery.

Cancellations And Returns

Returns

We offer a 30 day period from point of delivery during which time you are free to examine the goods received. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason you may return it providing it is boxed in its original packaging and unused. The cost of carriage will be deducted from any refund issued. Please contact us on info@gardencaredirect.com to arrange a product return.

All returned products will be examined before any refund is issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and recover our costs in the event that a product is returned and found to have been misused in any way.
